As of 3:30 p.m. Monday, April 16, DTE Energy has restored power to 150,000 customers impacted by an ice storm that hit southeast Michigan on Sunday. About 240,000 customers of the 390,000 total impacted remain without power.Crews have been dispatched to more than half of those outages.DTE has more than 1,000 crews in the field and an additional 400 crews from out of state working to restore customers, according to a release from the utility issued late Monday afternoon.
