Brian Kischnick, 48, will be sentenced by Judge Kelley Kostin on May 21 for the misdemeanor charge, punishable by up to 93 days in jail and a $500 fine.A no contest plea is not an admission of guilt but is treated as such at sentencing.The charge stems from a March 9 incident in Clawson where Kischnick allegedly shoved his female companion to the ground outside a home on Chocolay Street as they were returning from dinner out.
